[ARCHIVED] Proclamation Rescinding COVID-19 State of Emergency Becomes Effective Aug. 15

SOE Rescinded

During the Aug. 9, 2022, Town Council meeting, Mayor David Cohn read a proclamation that rescinds the State of Emergency in response to COVID-19. 

Effective Aug. 15, 2022, the State of Emergency declared by the Town of Indian Trail in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic is RESCINDED and the restrictions/prohibitions implemented under the Town's State of Emergency are terminated.
