[ARCHIVED] Indian Trail to Host HalloWINGO Event

HalloWINGO – it’s Bingo with a Halloween twist! Even though the Town of Indian Trail had to cancel the annual Halloween Spooktacular, families can still enjoy a fun, safe and free event with drive-in style Halloween Bingo.

On Saturday, Oct. 24, at Chestnut Square Park, families can register for one of four HalloWINGO time slots. Pre-registration is required. To register, click on the link next to the session you’d like to attend.

Each family will receive coupons/offers from local businesses, and for every round of Bingo played, a winner will receive a bag of candy and other fun prizes.

Local businesses interested in being a part of the event can provide a coupon/offer that will be given away to 500 families. For more information and to sign up to participate as a vendor, visit https://secure.rec1.com/NC/city-of-indian-trail/catalog?filter=c2VhcmNoPTEyMzI1NzU= or call 704.821.8114. Donation items need to be dropped off no later than Oct. 16 to the Indian Trail Town Hall (315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road).

“This year’s Halloween event has to look a little different, but it’s going to be just as fun – and with just as much candy to go around!” said Hayden Kramer, Indian Trail’s Parks and Recreation manager. “HalloWINGO allows us to have a fun event for our families while still providing a way for local businesses to get involved. I’d like to thank Pleasant Plains Dental for sponsoring the Halloween event again this year.”
